Midwest Breakfast Co. is a modernized twist on old-fashioned eatery featuring Southern heirloom cooking with a focus on sustainability grown heirloom crops and livestock, sustainable ingredients, to bring you old-time favorites from the Southern culinary literature.
Co-owner Steve’s vision for both comforting breakfast foods, to burgers and sandwiches, is influenced strongly in the rich and diverse culture of comfort foods found in the Southern kitchen, implementing the ark of antiquity to produce food that is as refined as it is down-home comforting.
